Google Compute Engine’s flexibility and global reach have been key for us, especially in supporting remote teams. But we’ve noticed occasional network latency, which can impact performance for some users.

This tool offers a lot of features for cloud management, including support functionalities like spend overview, cloud monitoring, SDK libraries, and CLI applications. It also allows you to deploy Docker images in a production environment. However, it’s quite complex and, like many other Google applications, not very user-friendly. Setting up and configuring anything can be challenging, and you’ll need to read the documentation carefully to get anything done.

Flexible and cost-effective for remote work, though managing costs can be tricky without monitoring resource usage.
