Overall, we found Harvest very useful for all types of businesses, and we would recommend it to others. It’s easy to use, which is a big plus. However, we encountered issues with the tracker system: sometimes it wouldn’t stop tracking when we wanted it to, or it would continue tracking after we paused the timer. This might be user error, as many of my colleagues like the app, but personally, it didn’t work well for me.
