Highly user-friendly, making it much easier to secure buy-in from hiring teams. Reporting features have improved significantly but still leave room for enhancement. There’s currently no way to prevent candidates from submitting multiple applications.

Very user-friendly, making it easier to gain buy-in from hiring teams. Overall, it’s an excellent ATS for SMBs. The reporting has improved significantly but still has room for growth. One drawback is the inability to prevent candidates from applying multiple times. Additionally, it lacks some advanced features found in larger, more expensive ATS solutions.
